Terms and Conditions :
1. *Booking and Payment:*
– All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the travel supplier.
– Full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation.
– Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
2. *Cancellation and Refunds:*
– Cancellation will be entertained once we receive the full payment.
– Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier only for Air Tickets. No refunds for Hotel bookings or Package.
3. *Travel Documents:*
– It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates, etc.) are obtained and valid for travel.
– The travel agent will not be liable for any expenses, loss, or inconvenience caused due to inadequate travel documentation.
4. *Travel Insurance:*
– We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
5. *Changes and Amendments:*
– Any changes or amendments after the Vouchered Booking may be subject to additional fees and are subject to availability.
– Clients must notify the travel agent promptly of any changes or amendments to their travel plans.
6. *Health and Safety:*
– Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and for taking necessary health precautions.
– The travel agent will not be liable for any illness, injury, or loss arising from the client’s failure to adhere to health and safety recommendations.
7. *Force Majeure:*
– The travel agent shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or acts of terrorism.
8. *Complaints and Disputes:*
– Any complaints or disputes regarding travel services should be raised with the travel agent promptly to allow for resolution during the trip.
9. *Travel Assistance:*
Clients can contact the travel agent for assistance before, during, and after their trip, including in case of emergencies.
10. *Tour Inclusions and Exclusions:*
The tour package includes specific services and amenities as outlined in the itinerary.
Additional expenses such as meals, optional activities, and personal purchases are not included unless otherwise specified.
Clients are advised to carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before booking any travel services. By engaging the services of the travel agent, clients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
